“My Life of Worship”
Isn’t that what it is all about?
As Louie Giglio says we are all created to worship (”Wired for Worship”) the only question is what or who we choose to worship.
My passion is to help connect people to the God of the universe, and one way that we do that is through the lyrics and truths that are found in music. At Life Community we understand that different people can identify or maybe even understand thoughts better within different styles of music (much like we do with different styles of teaching). So at Life we offer two styles (that certainly does not come close to covering all the spectrum - but we had to start somewhere) to present truth in music to help us worship and adore our heavenly Father and His Redeeming Son Jesus Christ.
The idea of the blog is to help all of us prepare throughout the week for the corporate service on the weekend. Maybe we can share thoughts, truth’s or ways that God has used a song to challenge us, to convict us or to encourage us. My prayer is that “my life of worship” will aid us all in truly worshiping all week long … so let’s get started!
